The rooms themselves were decent- large, clean and well equipped, however, dated and in need of a revamp. and with poor management you completely screw it up. Having a bath in the room (as opposed to in a bathroom) works as a couple, but if travelling as a family or friends, more a novelty and best to be avoided. Rainy season stretches from Dec to Feb each year, so these are not good months, but you may enjoy hefty discounts, we were told. The location of the hotel is beautiful, set in front of a beach with crystal clear water. The place has clearly been left in a relative state of neglect, with a lot of areas around the hotel looking like they could do with some love and care.
